Tursib card top up on the website

The Tursib card loading portal was created under the EU-funded project “Modernisation of Public Transport in Sibiu.” Available since August 2023, it allows you to:

  • Purchase travel tickets on your PVC Tursib card
  • View tickets currently loaded on your PVC Tursib card
  • View your bank‑card payment history on contact‑less validators aboard Tursib buses
  • Configure your desired route
  • Obtain real-time bus arrival information at stops
  • View public transport routes in Sibiu

IMPORTANT:

  • Please access the portal from a laptop/computer.
  • To create the account, you must use the same Personal Identification Number used when the Tursib PVC card was issued;
  • If you have an account in the SibiuBus mobile application, it is no longer necessary to create an account. In this case, login is done with the e-mail address and password used when creating the SibiuBus account.

Order Statuses:

  • Initialization – the order is saved. ATTENTION: at this stage, the order is not sent to Tursib;
  • Awaiting Payment – payment must be made by bank card;
  • Verification – the order is sent to Tursib, which will verify the uploaded documents and then validate the order
  • Rejected – the operator notices an error; the explanations for the refusal can be found under the refusal reason
  • Deleted – the order was deleted by the user
  • Completed – the order has been completed, the request for issuance and loading/reloading has been issued, and the Tursib card has been loaded.

Steps to create an account and log in:

  1. Go to the Tursib website and access the “Load card” button on the main page;
  2. Access the “Registration” menu and enter the data for creating the account;
  3. After creating the account, access the “Login” menu;
  4. Enter the login data and press “Connect”;
  5. Press “+ Add card” and enter the number of the Tursib PVC card. The number is printed on the Tursib card in the lower left part;
  6. Complete the user profile with the necessary data. Press the e-mail address in the upper right corner → User profile.

Steps to follow for issuing Tursib cards:

  1. Go to the Tursib website and access the “Load card” button on the main page;
  2. Enter the login data;
  3. Access the “Issuance/reloading cards for free travel and discounts” section and select “New order”;
  4. Select the request type “Card issuance”;
  5. Select the passenger type: blood donor, student, orphan student, pupil, hero, pensioner;
  6. Select the unit from which you want to pick up the Tursib card;
  7. Select the institution and the product;
  8. Follow the steps for loading the subscription.

When filling in the data, please make sure that you have entered the correct data. Also, the order of the written data must be SURNAME FIRST NAME.

In the case of categories of persons who benefit from free public transport, until the Tursib card is picked up, the travel document based on which they may travel on Tursib buses is the confirmation e-mail received after submitting the issuance and loading request. Its validity is 15 days from the date of receipt.

Steps to follow for loading the Tursib card with full-price travel titles:

  1. Go to the Tursib website and access the “Load card” button on the main page;
  2. Enter the login data;
  3. Press the green arrow on the Tursib card and select “Add title”;
  4. Add the desired travel title to the basket, press checkout and enter the bank card data in order to make the payment.

*Attention! When enrolling the bank card, the payment processor will carry out a verification transaction of 1 leu. However, the amount will subsequently be returned. Payment is made securely with the help of the authorized payment processor euplatesc.ro.

*If you want to download the invoice related to the payment, you can find it after following all the steps in the “Transaction history” section. The “Transaction history” section is accessed by pressing the green arrow on the Tursib card on the main page of the portal → access the “Transactions” button in the upper right part.

Steps to follow for loading the Tursib card with a subscription for blood donors:

  1. Go to the Tursib website and access the “Load card” button on the main page;
  2. Enter the login data;
  3. Access the “Issuance/reloading cards for free travel and discounts” section and select “New order”;
  4. Select the request type “Card reload”;
  5. Select “Donors” in the institution section;
  6. Select the product “Blood donor subscription 30 days internal”;
  7. Select the subscription start date, meaning the date from which you want the subscription to start being valid;
  8. Select the axis + departure UAT and arrival UAT;
  9. Select the card ID, meaning the number of the Tursib PVC card, which is printed on the Tursib card in the lower left part;
  10. Enter the donor certificate number in the “File no.” section;
  11. Attach the necessary documents: ID card and donor certificate. The donor certificate can be used only once;
  12. Press “Save”;
  13. Press “Send order for verification”;
  14. Wait for confirmation of document verification. You will receive it by e-mail and in the portal;
  15. After receiving confirmation of document verification, access “Issuance – reloading discounts and free travel” → “All orders” → the pencil icon on the right side of the latest order → Pay, at the bottom of the page;
  16. Enter the bank card data in order to make the payment.

Steps to follow for loading the Tursib card with a subscription for pupils:

  1. Go to the Tursib website and access the “Load card” button on the main page;
  2. Enter the login data;
  3. Access the “Issuance/reloading cards for free travel and discounts” section and select “New order”;
  4. Select the request type “Card reload”;
  5. Select the institution, meaning the school in which the pupil is enrolled;
  6. Select the product “Pupil subscription 30 days internal / Pupil subscription 30 days 1 transition / Pupil subscription 30 days 2 transitions”;
  7. Select the subscription start date;
  8. Select the axis and departure UAT + arrival UAT;
  9. Enter the class/group;
  10. Select the card ID, meaning the number of the Tursib PVC card, which is printed on the Tursib card in the lower left part;
  11. Attach the necessary documents: ID card, birth certificate, pupil card;
  12. Press “Save”;
  13. Press “Send order for verification”.

Steps to follow for loading the Tursib card with a subscription for students:

  1. Go to the Tursib website and access the “Load card” button on the main page;
  2. Enter the login data;
  3. Access the “Issuance/reloading cards for free travel and discounts” section and select “New order”;
  4. Select the request type “Card reload”;
  5. Select the passenger type “Student”;
  6. Select the institution;
  7. Select the product “Student subscription 30 days internal”;
  8. Select the subscription start date;
  9. Select the axis and departure UAT + arrival UAT;
  10. Complete the loading request;
  11. Select the year of study in the “Class/group” section;
  12. Select the card ID, meaning the number of the Tursib PVC card, which is printed on the Tursib card in the lower left part;
  13. Attach the necessary documents: ID card, certificate from the faculty / student record book endorsed for the current academic year / student ID card endorsed for the current academic year. The latter is valid for doctoral students;
  14. Press “Save”;
  15. Press “Send order for verification”;
  16. Wait for confirmation of document verification. You will receive it by e-mail and in the portal;
  17. After receiving confirmation of document verification, access “Issuance – reloading discounts and free travel” → “All orders” → the pencil icon on the right side of the latest order → Pay, at the bottom of the page;
  18. Enter the bank card data in order to make the payment.

Steps to follow for loading the Tursib card with a subscription for orphan students:

  1. Go to the Tursib website and access the “Load card” button on the main page;
  2. Enter the login data;
  3. Access the “Issuance/reloading cards for free travel and discounts” section and select “New order”;
  4. Select the request type “Card reload”;
  5. Select the institution;
  6. Select the product “Orphan student subscription 30 days internal / Orphan student subscription 30 days 1 transition / Orphan student subscription 30 days 2 transitions”;
  7. Select the subscription start date;
  8. Select the axis and departure UAT + arrival UAT;
  9. Select the card ID, meaning the number of the Tursib PVC card, which is printed on the Tursib card in the lower left part;
  10. Attach the necessary documents: ID card, student record book, parent’s death certificate;
  11. Press “Save”;
  12. Press “Send order for verification”.

Steps to follow for loading the Tursib card with a subscription for heroes:

  1. Go to the Tursib website and access the “Load card” button on the main page;
  2. Enter the login data;
  3. Access the “Issuance/reloading cards for free travel and discounts” section and select “New order”;
  4. Select the request type “Card reload”;
  5. Select the institution “Heroes”;
  6. Select the product, as applicable: “Subscription for 1989 revolution hero, descendant or companion, 30 days internal / 1 transition / 2 transitions” OR “Subscription for veteran soldier and veterans 30 days internal / 1 transition / 2 transitions” OR “Subscription for war veterans or war widows 30 days internal / 1 transition / 2 transitions” OR “Subscription for persons persecuted politically/ethnically 30 days internal / 1 transition / 2 transitions”;
  7. Select the subscription start date;
  8. Select the axis and departure UAT + arrival UAT;
  9. Select the card ID, meaning the number of the Tursib PVC card, which is printed on the Tursib card in the lower left part;
  10. Enter the hero ID card number in the “File no.” section;
  11. Attach the necessary documents: ID card and beneficiary card for special laws;
  12. Press “Save”;
  13. Press “Send order for verification”.

Steps to follow for loading the Tursib card with a subscription for pensioners:

  1. Go to the Tursib website and access the “Load card” button on the main page;
  2. Enter the login data;
  3. Access the “Issuance/reloading cards for free travel and discounts” section and select “New order”;
  4. Select the request type “Card reload”;
  5. Select the passenger type “Pensioner”;
  6. Select the institution, meaning the Pension House to which you belong;
  7. Select the product, depending on the legal rights;
  8. Select the subscription start date;
  9. Select the axis and departure UAT + arrival UAT;
  10. Select the card ID, meaning the number of the Tursib PVC card, which is printed on the Tursib card in the lower left part;
  11. Complete in the “File no.” section the pension file number present on the pension slip;
  12. Attach the necessary documents: ID card and pension slip;
  13. Press “Save”;
  14. Press “Send order for verification”.

Legal Entities Information (Business Users)

Legal entities have the possibility to request the issuance and loading or reloading of Tursib PVC cards for the employees within their company through the Tursib portal.

The portal for loading Tursib travel titles is a new method implemented by Tursib in order to simplify the process of submitting requests for issuance and loading or reloading.

The travel titles that can be loaded on Tursib cards for your employees through the portal are:

7-day subscription internal / 1 transition / 2 transitions / full
15-day full subscription
30-day subscription internal / 1 transition / 2 transitions / full / Păltiniș

Attention!

For each commune/city separately, a separate order will be submitted, which will include the list of persons who will benefit from the travel title.

Access to the portal is done by pressing the “Load card” button on the main page of the website www.tursib.ro or by clicking here.

The portal allows both the submission of requests for issuance and loading of Tursib cards and the subsequent reloading requests for them.

If the issuance and loading request is made through the Tursib portal, the cards can be picked up from the Tursib headquarters at 1 München Street, Sibiu.

In order to use the portal, companies must have an account created. Legal entities in our database benefited from account creation when the portal was launched, but companies that do not already have an account created in the portal must send a request for account creation to the e-mail address relatiicupublicul@tursib.ro / marketing@tursib.ro. The request must contain the following information: e-mail address, which will later be used for logging into the account, the company’s RO/CUI and the company address. After sending the data to Tursib, you will receive an e-mail when the account has been created, and you must enter the previously submitted e-mail address and set a password for the account by pressing the “set/reset” password button in the portal.

The employee lists will be attached in the portal in CSV format. The format will be provided by Tursib and must be completed according to that model in order to avoid any formatting errors. Thus, there will be 2 CSV files, one used for ISSUING and LOADING the cards and one used for RELOADING the Tursib cards.

For issuing and loading the cards, it is also necessary to attach the “Personal data processing note” in scanned format.

Also, please take into account that the validity of Tursib subscriptions is 7/15 or 30 calendar days. Therefore, the employee lists must be uploaded and submitted before the 7/15/30 days pass, in order to avoid any inconvenience. A useful example for submitting the lists can be found in the last part of the file “User manual for legal entities”.

Payment through the Tursib portal can be made in 2 ways:

Companies that have concluded a contract with Tursib S.A. and have accepted a payment term, meaning due date, will make the payment by payment order, within the term agreed by contract.
Companies that have not concluded a valid contract with a due payment term with Tursib S.A. will make the payment by payment order or bank card.

*Please make sure that the payment order contains the digital or physical signature of the issuing bank and then upload it to the Tursib portal.

We also specify that tax invoices will be downloaded by the user directly from the portal, without involving Tursib staff.

Corporate Order Statuses:

  • Initialization – the order is saved. ATTENTION: at this stage, the order is not sent to Tursib;
  • For payment – the payment order must be uploaded or the payment must be made by bank card;
  • Payment order verification – the order is sent to Tursib, which will verify the payment order and then validate the order;
  • Verification – the order is sent to Tursib, which will verify the paid amount and then validate the order;
  • Rejected – the operator notices an error; explanations can be found under the refusal reason;
  • Deleted – the order was deleted by the user;
  • Completed – the order has been completed, the tax invoice has been issued and the cards of the persons in the order have been loaded;
  • Payment term – for companies that have a due period in the contract.

Together with this new procedure for submitting issuance/reloading requests for your employees, the old submission method, namely sending the employee lists to the Tursib central cash desk, will no longer be available.

Please note that the subscriptions purchased in this way will be available on the Tursib PVC card, NOT in the SibiuBus mobile application.

Thus, after loading, employees only have to validate the Tursib card each time they board the bus, by simply bringing it close to the yellow devices in the bus.
